Lycoris (Lycoris spp.) also known as Magic Lily or Surprise Lily, produces clusters of funnel-shaped flowers in pink, red, and golden yellow — appearing suddenly from bare ground before their leaves. A truly magical flowering bulb experience.

Plant bulbs 4-6 inches deep with nose near surface. Well-draining soil. Full sun to partial shade. Space 8 inches apart. Best planted summer (June-August). Leave foliage to die back naturally.
Minimal care needed. Water during growing season, keep dry when dormant. Do not disturb established clumps. Allow naturalisation over several years for best display. No heavy fertilizing.
Blooms late summer to autumn — flowers before leaves appear. Clusters of 4-8 elegant funnel flowers per stem. A magical annual surprise in the garden. Improves with each passing year.
