Return & Replacement Policy – Janus Agro Corporation

 


At Janus Agro Corporation, we take great care in packaging and dispatching our products. Due to the nature of seeds, bulbs, and gardening products, returns are handled under specific conditions.

 


 

 

1. Eligibility for Replacement

 


We offer replacement only (no return pickup) in the following cases:

 

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product received is missing

  • Product received is incorrect

 


You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

 

  • Clear photos/videos of the product

  • Outer packaging and shipping label visible

 


Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.

 


 

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

 


The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

 

  • Seeds, bulbs, plants, or live products once delivered

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or usage

  • Germination issues (as germination depends on multiple external factors)

 

 


 

 

3. Replacement Process

 

 

  • Once approved, a replacement product will be shipped

  • Replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 working days

  • No monetary refunds are issued for seed or live products

 

 


 

 

4. Shipping Charges

 

 

  • Replacement shipping is free if the issue is from our side

  • If delivery failed due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply
