These terms apply to purchases through janusagro.com, the online store of Janus Agro Corporation (JAC). Please read them with our shipping, returns and privacy policies.

Products and orders
Check the selected model, variety, colour and pack quantity before ordering. Product photographs illustrate the offered item; natural planting material and screen colours may vary, without changing the essential description of your order. Accessories are included only where expressly listed.
Order fulfilment is subject to availability and successful payment through the payment options offered at checkout. If a genuine listing error, stock discrepancy or payment issue prevents fulfilment, we will contact you. We will not substitute an item or increase an agreed order price without your consent. Payments for orders we cannot fulfil will be refunded.

Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before payment. Price changes apply to future purchases and do not retrospectively alter confirmed orders. Please use only the payment methods provided through our checkout or verified directly with our support team.

Cancellations
You may cancel before dispatch by contacting us promptly with your order number. After dispatch, requests are handled under our Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval and any required inspection; bank processing may take longer.

Shipping exchanges and warranty
Normal dispatch is within 1–2 working days, followed by an estimated 4–5 working days in transit, depending on PIN code. See our Shipping Policy for details. Our returns policy explains damaged deliveries, 15-day voluntary tool exchanges, and six-month pruner blade and spring coverage. Working days are Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Safe tool use
Use pruning tools only for their intended purpose and within the model's stated cutting capacity. Keep fingers clear of cutting edges, use suitable protection, clean and dry tools after use, and store safely away from children. Do not use garden pruners to cut wire, stone or other unsuitable materials.

Seeds and flower bulbs
Planting guidance is general and should be adapted to local climate, season, soil and watering conditions. Germination, flowering time and growth vary with these factors; no blanket guarantee of germination or flowering is made. This does not limit remedies for defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

Website use and privacy
Provide accurate order information and do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or submit fraudulent orders. Website content belongs to Janus Agro or its respective licensors and may not be commercially reproduced without permission. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

Applicable law and customer rights
These terms are governed by Indian law. Nothing excludes or limits any mandatory consumer right, remedy or access to a competent consumer commission or court. Changes to these terms apply prospectively; the terms applicable when your order was placed govern that purchase.
