Begonia Tuberose (Begonia tuberhybrida) produces the most spectacular double blooms of any shade-loving plant — enormous camellia-like flowers in red, pink, white, orange, and yellow cascade from lush foliage. The undisputed king of container and shade gardens.

Plant tubers hollow side up, just at or below soil surface. Rich, well-draining potting mix with peat. Partial shade — avoid direct afternoon sun. Space 12 inches apart. Best planted February-April.
Keep consistently moist but never waterlogged. High humidity preferred. Feed with high-potassium fertilizer weekly during flowering. Protect from direct sun and heavy rain. Lift tubers before cold season.
Blooms summer through autumn (June-October). Continuous, prolific flowering over months. Enormous double blooms 10-15 cm across. Perfect for award-winning container displays and shade gardens.
