Asiatic Lily (Lilium asiaticum) are the earliest and easiest lilies to grow, producing large, upward-facing star-shaped blooms in a dazzling spectrum of reds, pinks, oranges, yellows, and whites. A spectacular bulb for Indian gardens and balconies.

Plant bulbs 4-6 inches deep (3x bulb height) with pointed end up. Space 8-10 inches apart. Use well-draining soil with pH 6-6.5. Best planted February-April. Mulch lightly after planting.
Full sun (6+ hours daily). Water regularly but avoid waterlogging. Never let soil fully dry out during bud formation. Feed with high-phosphorus fertilizer when buds appear. Support tall stems if needed.
Blooms in 60-90 days. Flowers last 3-4 weeks on the plant. Each stem produces multiple large blooms. Rebloom annually. Outstanding cut flowers with 7-10 day vase life.
